  • Q: Can I use this to turn on my lights?

    • A: Yes! Create a "Smart Scene" in the App: "If Motion Detected -> Turn On Light." You can even set it to only work at night to save energy.

  • Q: Will my dog trigger it?

    • A: While it's sensitive, you can use the rotating stand to aim the sensor slightly upwards or block the lower part of the lens, so it detects people walking but ignores pets on the ground.

  • Q: Is it hard to install?

    • A: No tools needed! Just peel the 3M tape and stick it to any surface. The bracket lets you adjust the angle easily after sticking it.

  • Q: Does it work with Alexa?

    • A: Yes. Once connected to a compatible ZigBee Hub, you can use it to trigger Alexa Routines, like announcing "Motion detected in the garage."

  • Q: What if I don't have a gateway?

    • A: You must have a Tuya ZigBee Gateway (sold separately) to use this sensor. It cannot connect directly to your router's WiFi.
