The system measures wind speed by connecting the test sample to a sealed airflow pipe equipped with a high-precision anemometer, allowing wind speed data to be read directly from the anemometer host.
It features simple operation, high measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, and high testing efficiency, making it ideal for product development, performance verification, and quality control.
The air volume measurement is performed using a Germany-imported Testo high-precision anemometer, ensuring reliable and accurate test results.
The pipe is sealed at both ends, effectively eliminating operator interference with the airflow field and improving data consistency.
Working Principle
The airflow generated by the test sample passes through a sealed pipe, and the wind speed is directly measured by the anemometer installed in the pipe, as illustrated in Figure 1.
The anemometer captures real-time airflow velocity and records the data for further analysis.

Test Procedure:
Connect the anemometer to the pipe in advance and ensure all interfaces are properly sealed.
Install the test sample:
Select the appropriate sealing adapter
Fix the sample on the mounting bracket
Connect the sample air outlet to the pipe via the sealing adapter
Seal the joint using dedicated sealing tape
Power on the anemometer and then start the power supply of the test sample.
Measure and monitor the wind speed in real time.
Download and export wind speed data for the selected test period.
