IEC61386-1 Manual Load Heat Resistance Tester with 0.5-4N Weights
This manual load heat resistance tester is designed to evaluate whether non-metallic and composite conduits meet standard requirements for heat resistance under specified load conditions.
Applicable Standards & Scope
Compliant with IEC61386-1:2017 clause 12.2. Suitable for testing metal, non-metallic, and composite conduits or fittings for electrical or communication systems up to AC 1000 V and/or DC 1500 V.
Test Principle
Stacked weights apply different loads via a steel rod onto the specimen. The test must be performed in conjunction with a high-temperature chamber to evaluate heat resistance properties.
