Power Cord Flexing Tester With Load Bank For Non-Rewirable Plugs And Socket-Outlets

Product Information:

This cord flexing test apparatus is designed to perform the required flex endurance testing specified in IEC 60884-1:2022, Figure 21, Clause 23.4. It’s used to precisely evaluates the flexible cable of non-rewirable plugs and non-rewirable portable socket-outlets.

Technical parameters:

Power Supply Three-phase four-wire with ground, AC 380V ±10% / 50Hz
Workstation Load Current 6 independent stations, AC 1–40A manually adjustable.
When the preset number of open-circuit occurrences (errors) of the tested wire is reached, an alarm will sound and that station stops counting.
Inter-station Voltage AC 10–300V manually adjustable.
In case of short-circuit between the two poles, an alarm is triggered and the station stops counting.
Work stations 6 independent workstations, each counting bending cycles separately.
Control System Servo motor + PLC + color touchscreen control
Sample Clamp Capacity Can hold samples with a diameter up to 20 cm
Flexing Angle ±10–360°, presettable via touchscreen
