Applications

This flexing tester is suitable for finished flexible cables, including high-flex cables, power cords, and control cables.
It is particularly applicable for manufacturers and laboratories performing TÜV, VDE, UL, and IEC compliance tests.
Not applicable to cables with more than two concentric layers or those exceeding 18 conductors.

Test Principle

A 5-meter cable specimen is repeatedly flexed over a 1-meter stroke through either two or three pulleys.
By switching between pulley configurations and adjusting motion speed, users can perform both two-pulley and three-pulley bending tests to assess the endurance and electrical stability of cable samples.
