Description of Tin Cure Silicone Rubber

HN-6XX series silicone is a tin-curing silicone,consisting of two components, A and B, in aratio of 100:2. It is a silicone that is cured bycondensation reaction at room temperatureafter being stirred evenly.


Application of Tin Cure Silicone Rubber

HN-620 A/B is an industrial-grade liquid silicone rubber engineered for high-performance mold making. It is ideal for the molding and reproduction of architectural elements such as large-scale stones, cement components, gypsum products, cultural stones, and Roman columns. Additionally, it excels in the arts and crafts sector, providing precision molding for simulated flora and fauna sculptures, resin and Polyresin crafts, religious Buddha carvings, and intricate decorative ornaments.

Standard Technical Manual Style (Clear & Professional)
  1. Mixing: Shake the curing agent (Part B) thoroughly before use. Weigh the components at a ratio of 100:2 (A:B) and mix until uniform. Ensure you scrape the sides and bottom of the container to prevent unmixed material, as insufficient mixing will reduce the mold’s service life.
  2. Degassing: Place the mixture in a vacuum chamber to remove air bubbles. Limit vacuuming time to under 10 minutes to avoid affecting the material's properties.
  3. Curing: The mold will fully cure within 4 hours at room temperature. Do not force-cure with high heat. If acceleration is necessary, do not exceed 100°C. For optimal performance, allow the mold to rest for 24 hours before its first production run.
