Large Output Liquid Silicone Rubber For Continuous Factory Casting And Molding Work
Tin-cured liquid silicone rubber, also referred to as condensation-cure liquid silicone rubber, is supplied as a two-part A+B system with a typical mixing ratio of 100:2. Capable of curing at ambient temperature, it is classified as RTV silicone rubber.
Applications
HN-620 A/B Industrial-grade liquid silicone rubber for manufacturing construction molds is suitable for the molding and reproduction of large-scale stones, gypsum, cement parts, cultural stones, artificial stones, Roman columns, stone carvings and other furniture, construction and decoration products; it can also be used for resin handicrafts, gypsum handicrafts, soap handmade soaps, tire turning molds, and other segmented molds.

Key Features
- High tear resistance, temperature, chemical and aging resistant
- Good flowability, easy defoaming & demolding, no whitening on finished goods
- Molds tolerate frequent turning over, long service cycle
- Linear shrinkage < 0.2%, high replication precision
- Adjustable color, hardness, viscosity and operation time on demand
Operation Method
- Mix the mold adhesive and curing agent in a weight ratio of 100:2-3 and stir evenly
- Place the mixed and stirred silicone gel into a vacuum machine for vacuum exhaust bubble treatment. The advantage of doing so is to make the product smooth and free of bubbles (without a vacuum machine, the curing time can be extended to allow bubbles to naturally discharge, but the effect is not very ideal)
- Spray (apply) a layer of release agent on the already made mold and mold frame, fix the mold in the middle, and slowly and steadily pour the liquid silicone that has discharged the bubbles into the mold frame until the silicone completely covers the mold, and then let it rest until it fully solidifies
- Wait until the silicone gel of the mold is fully cured before demolding, and remove the silicone mold for edge treatment
- It is recommended to leave the silicone mold for 24 hours before putting it into use, in order to achieve the best use effect of the mold
