Steel Bar Shot Blasting Machine
Continuous shot blasting machine for steel wire, steel bar, and steel tube descaling with specialized conveyor systems.
Capabilities and Applications
This tube and bar shot-blasting machine comes with a custom-engineered roller conveyor. It is built to strip scale, old paint and rust off carbon steel tubes, round bars and rebar. Besides these workpieces, it can handle LPG cylinders, gas cylinders and other cylindrical parts as well, keeping them moving smoothly through the blasting chamber during treatment.
  • Roller Configuration: V-profile rollers for single-pass applications; grooved straight rollers for repeated blasting cycles
  • All blast wheels feature wear-resistant construction with power outputs ranging from 7.5 kW to 45 kW for optimal blasting performance
  • Processing speed is adjustable from 0.5 m/min to 6 m/min
  • High-performance cartridge dust collector limits dust output to under 30 mg/m³ to meet environmental standards
  • Custom machine designs available for specific surface preparation requirements
