The snake bone segments are fabricated via precision laser cutting and micro-bending technology, forming periodic micro-joints​ (single-segment length customizable, typically 0.5-2mm). While maintaining an extremely small outer diameter (as low as 0.3mm), it imparts torsional compliance similar to a soft shaft—even within deeply bent (bending radius up to 5x the tube diameter) blood vessels or cavities, precise distal guidance and positioning can be achieved via an external rotating handle, with zero risk of tube kinking or blockage.


• The entire tube (including snake bone segments) undergoes ultra-precise electrolytic polishing and mirror grinding, achieving a surface roughness as low as Ra < 0.05μm. This extreme smoothness not only significantly reduces frictional resistance with vessel walls and tissue fibers, making the insertion process smoother and minimizing tissue damage, but also effectively prevents platelet adhesion and thrombus formation.
