Q1: What stainless steel grades are available for this pen‑tip side hole wine needle?
A1: We mainly supply 304 and 316L stainless steel for cannula. 316L is recommended for long‑term contact with wine to get better corrosion resistance. Brass base material can also be adjusted upon your requirement. Special materials will cause higher cost and extended production lead‑time.
Q2: What surface finish do you apply for this wine infusion needle?
A2: As this needle contacts beverage liquid directly, Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing is adopted as standard to lower liquid residue. Ordinary Ra0.8‑1.0μm finish is optional if your project has no high requirement for inner surface smoothness.
Q3: Which key parameters can be modified for custom production?
A3: Needle OD & ID, side‑hole size, pen‑tip angle, brass thread standard, base dimension and assembled overall length are all customizable within our processing capacity under ±0.02mm tolerance. Please provide technical drawing for formal feasibility evaluation.
Q4: How do you handle burrs on pen tip and side hole to avoid liquid channel blockage?
A4: Multi‑step deburring and internal cleaning will be completed after side‑hole drilling and tip forming. Each finished needle will be inspected to remove micro‑burrs, keeping smooth fluid passage and reducing clogging risk in continuous working.
Q5: Do you provide sample service for wine injector needle? What details need confirmation before sample production?
A5: Custom samples are supported for equipment debugging and piercing performance test. Before sample order, we need to confirm cannula material grade, dimension parameters, side‑hole requirement, brass thread specification and surface finish. Sample cost is calculated according to processing complexity, mass production can start after sample specification is finalized.
