Working Principle
The core working principle of air shock absorber is to absorb the impact energy by using the compressibility of air and the elastic effect generated by the volume change. The specific principles are as follows:
- Air charging: The inside of the air bag is filled with compressed air, and the stiffness and carrying capacity are controlled by adjusting the air pressure.
- Load absorption: When the vehicle or equipment is subjected to vibration or shock, the air inside the air bag is compressed, absorbing and disperses the external forces applied, thereby reducing vibration transmission.
- Recovery deformation: After the vibration disappears, the pressure of compressed air inside the air bag restores it to its initial shape, thus completing the shock absorption.
Advantages
Flexible adjustment: Performance can be dynamically adjusted according to load or environment.
Excellent shock absorption: especially suitable for applications requiring high comfort and low vibration.
Long service life: Good wear resistance and fatigue resistance of rubber material.
