C channel is manufactured from galvanized steel strips using cold-bending forming methods. Available with galvanized or bare surface treatments, it offers numerous advantages over traditional structural steel, including lightweight construction, excellent cross-sectional performance, and high strength.
The C purlin production process consists of three key stages:
| Specification | Details |
|---|---|
| Description | C channel is made of galvanized steel strips by the method of cold-bending formed |
| Surface | BLACK; GALVANIZED |
| Web Thickness | Customer's requirements |
| Standard | AiSi ASTM bs DIN GB JIS EN, etc |
| Length | As customer's requirement |
| Application | Mechanical, manufacture, Steel structure, Shipbuilding, Bridging, etc |
C channel is widely used as purlin and wall beam in steel structure construction. It can also be combined into lightweight roof trusses, brackets, and other structural components. In machinery and light manufacturing applications, C purlins can be fabricated into columns, beams, or arm limbs.
