steel stair grating
Step plate The tread plate, also known as the stair tread plate, steel ladder plate or steel ladder, is a type of staircase with grating plates used on the platform. According to the installation method, there are generally two major types: welded fixation and bolted fixation. The type that is directly welded to the keel does not require the addition of side plates for the tread plate, which is relatively economical and durable but not easy to disassemble. The bolt-fixed tread plate requires thickened side plates on both sides, with holes drilled in the side plates, and is directly fixed by bolts during installation.
Serrated steel grating is designed with serrated edges on the bear-ing bars, which provides enhanced non-slip performance andincreased safety compared to plain grating. This makes it an idealchoice for environments where slip resistance is crucial, such asindustrial platforms, walkways, stair treads, and areas exposed towet or oily conditions. In addition to its excellent anti-slip propertiesserrated steel grating is durable, resistant to corrosion when galva-nized, and offers high load-bearing capacity, making it suitable forboth heavy-duty and light-duty applications.

There are eight different models of treads, and they are installed by welding. There are four different types of front guard plates, namely: without a front guard plate, with patterns, with stripes, and with holes. You can contact us and we will customize it for you.
