Description

PSG series machine tool adopts a T-shaped bed design, with the entire grinding travel of the workpiece supported by the base, ensuring the grinding accuracy of large and heavy workpieces. The entire series is equipped with a CNC system for grinding machines, featuring three-axis servo motor control, with a minimum feed rate of 0.001mm.
The three-axis servo drive has the function of three-axis linkage, and through CNC programming, three-dimensional forming grinding can be achieved, enabling precise processing of complex workpieces such as planes, curved surfaces, and arc surfaces.

Machine castings are made of HT300 high-grade material and undergo vibration stress relief and secondary tempering processes to eliminate internal stress. They feature high strength, strong resistance to deformation, and excellent shock absorption capacity, ensuring that the machine tool maintains stable precision over long-term use.
