VS120 Heavy-Duty Vertical Machining Center with HT300 High-Grade Castings and 8000/12000 RPM Spindle Speed
The VS series is a heavy-duty vertical machining center designed for industrial applications. All models feature:
  • 6 sliders on the X-axis for enhanced stability
  • 4 roller linear guides with 8 sliders on the Y-axis
  • Z-axis column with increased installation foot span for a wider, more stable base
  • Low center of gravity and anti-distortion structure
  • High material removal rate for efficient machining
Machine Structure
The VS series is professionally designed with principles of low center of gravity, anti-distortion, anti-creep, heavy cutting capability, and high material removal rate. Finite element analysis (FEM) optimizes the reinforcing ribs of castings for maximum bed strength.
Special reinforcement structures on the Y-axis base and Z-axis column enhance heavy cutting capability and extend tool life. Castings are made of HT300 high-grade material with excellent dimensional stability after vibration aging and secondary tempering processes.
Standard spindle counterweight system reduces Z-axis lead screw load, minimizing heat generation and thermal elongation effects on machining accuracy.
Large span Z-axis column with HT300 material components provides superior vibration damping, support rigidity, and stability.
