SAF2507 stainless steel:

It is a ferritic-austenitic (duplex) stainless steel, which combines the best properties of many ferritic and austenitic steels. This steel has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion because of its high chromium and molybdenum content. As a result of the steel’s bidirectional microstructure, stress corrosion cracking is highly resistant to it, and its mechanical strength is high as well.
The pulp and paper industry, seawater desalination, flue gas purification, heat exchangers, chemical tanker piping systems, seawater systems, etc.

SAF2205 stainless steel:

As a new product developed in 2000, 2205 duplex stainless steel pipe is a duplex stainless steel with nitrogen added (referred to as 2205 duplex steel). Duplex stainless steel 2205 alloy consists of 21% chromium and 2.5% molybdenum. Stainless steel composite containing 4.5% nickel-nitrogen alloy.
Early duplex stainless steels were resistant to moderate-strength uniform corrosion and chlorine stress corrosion cracking, but their performance was significantly reduced when they were welded. Duplex stainless steel 2205 is improved by adding nitrogen to it, which not only improves corrosion resistance, but also has good welding properties.

904L stainless steel:

904L super austenitic stainless steel is a lower carbon content, high nickel, molybdenum stainless steel. It’s a proprietary material imported from H&S in France. Being an austenitic steel, it has really good activation-passivation transition ability and fantastic corrosion resistance. It’s also rust resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid and has good resistance to mixed acids of formic acid and acetic acid. This means that 904L is the perfect choice for sulfuric acid of all concentrations below 70 degrees Celsius, as well as most solutions containing mixed acids of formic acid and acetic acid.
