| Fine chemical slurry | Solid recovery and liquid clarification |
| Herbal extraction liquid | Removal of suspended solids |
| Enzyme solution | Clarification before concentration |
| Solvent-based process liquid | Solid removal under sealed conditions |
| Clean production process | Stable and hygienic continuous separation |
Peony provides not only the decanter centrifuge, but also complete separation support for pharmaceutical and fine chemical processes.
Process Evaluation
Equipment Selection
The typical process is:
Process Liquid Feeding → High-Speed Bowl Rotation → Solid Sedimentation → Screw Conveyor Discharge → Clarified Liquid Outlet → Continuous Operation
During operation, pharmaceutical slurry or process liquid enters the high-speed rotating bowl through the feed pipe. Under centrifugal force, solids settle on the bowl wall while the clarified liquid flows out through the liquid outlet.
The screw conveyor continuously pushes the separated solids to the discharge port. Bowl speed and differential speed can be adjusted to match different solid content, particle size, viscosity, and clarification requirements.
