Product Overview

The Melexis MLX75305 SensorEyeC is a high-linearity, light-to-voltage converter designed for automotive and general applications. It efficiently converts ambient or LED light intensity into an output voltage, featuring low temperature dependency and a wide supply voltage range. This integrated optical sensor IC includes a photodiode, transimpedance amplifier, and an open-drain output transistor, making it suitable for tasks such as automatic light dimming, headlight control, and paper detection in printers and copiers. It is automotive qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and available in an automotive cavity SO8 package.
