The team covers product development, manufacturing, quality control, testing and validation, and customer project support, providing coordinated support for automotive sensor OEM and ODM projects from prototype development through mass production.
R&D Team
Our 6 R&D engineers have experience in automotive sensors and related control products. They support requirement analysis, hardware design, software/firmware development, mechanical design, prototyping, performance validation, and mass-production optimization.
For customized projects, the engineering team can provide technical support based on customer drawings, specifications, interface requirements, and operating conditions.
Manufacturing Team
Our manufacturing team supports key processes including SMT assembly, PCBA soldering, product assembly, parameter calibration, performance testing, and final packaging.
Annual automotive sensor production capacity can reach approximately 1 million units, supporting prototypes, pilot runs, and volume OEM orders.
Quality & Testing Team
Quality control covers incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final functional testing, and batch traceability.
The company also maintains reliability testing facilities and test benches, while some EMC testing is supported by professional external partners.

History:
2010 — Company Established
Established in 2010, the company entered the automotive sensor and related electronic product sector and gradually developed its capabilities in product engineering, manufacturing, and quality management.
Manufacturing Capabilities Expanded
As the business developed, an integrated in-house manufacturing system was gradually established. Today, key processes include SMT assembly, PCBA soldering, product assembly, welding, parameter calibration, performance testing, and final packaging, supporting volume production and OEM automotive sensor projects.
R&D and Custom Development Capabilities Strengthened
Continuous investment has been made in automotive electronics development. The company now has 6 R&D engineers with experience in automotive sensors and controllers. Engineering activities cover requirement analysis, system architecture, hardware design, software/firmware development, mechanical design, prototyping, performance validation, and mass-production optimization, supporting OEM and ODM projects.
Automotive Quality Management System Established
As automotive projects expanded, the company developed a quality management process covering incoming inspection, in-process quality control, final functional inspection, reliability validation, and product traceability. The factory has obtained IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certification.
Testing and Reliability Capabilities Developed
An independent reliability testing laboratory has been established with multiple test benches to support product development and reliability validation. EMC testing is supported by professional external partners where required for specific automotive electronic projects.
International Business Expanded
Alongside the development of its domestic business, the company has continued to expand into international markets. Export sales currently account for approximately 20% of total sales, mainly serving customers in Europe and North America. Products are used in passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle applications.

Today, the company operates an approximately 1,200 m² manufacturing facility with 25 employees, including 6 R&D engineers. Annual automotive sensor production capacity can reach approximately 1 million units.

Based on customer drawings, technical specifications, interface requirements, and operating conditions, we support specification adjustment, mechanical design, electronic solution development, software/firmware coordination, and customized manufacturing.
Prototype Development & Validation
During the early project stage, we can support prototype production, specification confirmation, functional testing, and performance validation. Design adjustments can be made based on validation results before moving toward volume production.
Mass Production Support
From material management, SMT and PCBA processing to product assembly, calibration, final inspection, and packaging, we provide structured manufacturing support for volume orders, with process controls in place to improve batch-to-batch consistency.
Quality & Traceability Support
Relevant batch, production, and inspection records are maintained during manufacturing. When quality analysis or after-sales traceability is required, our team can assist in reviewing the corresponding production and test records based on the product batch information.
Technical Communication & Project Support
For new product development, replacement projects, interface matching, and special application requirements, our engineering and sales teams can work directly with customer engineers to confirm technical specifications and project solutions.
