The IRAYPLE AH7040MU000 is a compact, high-performance uncooled microbolometer infrared camera core module engineered for easy integration into space-constrained industrial automation, machine vision, and embedded systems. Featuring a high-speed USB 3.0 interface with 5 Gbps theoretical bandwidth, this module delivers rapid thermal data transfer while receiving both data and power through a single cable, significantly simplifying system design.
With an ultra-compact form factor measuring only 29mm × 29mm × 30mm, it's ideal for portable or embedded applications. The module incorporates 256MB of onboard cache for reliable data handling during high-frame-rate bursts and supports software trigger, hardware trigger, and free-run modes. Fully compliant with USB3 Vision protocol and GenICam standard, it carries essential international certifications including CE, UKCA, UL, KC, and RoHS.
