The GS5A THUR GS5M series are 5.0 AMP SURFACE MOUNT SILICON RECTIFIERS designed for surface mounted applications. These rectifiers feature a plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory flammability Classification 94V-0 and built-in strain relief, making them ideal for automated placement. The glass-passivated chip junction ensures high reliability, and the devices are suitable for high-temperature soldering up to 250/10 seconds at terminals. They are rated for a 25 ambient temperature unless otherwise specified.
