The S5AC~S5MC series are surface mount general-purpose silicon rectifiers designed for a wide range of applications. Featuring a glass-passivated chip junction, these diodes offer reverse voltages from 50V to 1000V and a forward current of 5.0A, housed in an SMC package. They are lead-free, comply with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directives, are suitable for surface mounted applications, and are halogen-free products. These rectifiers are ideal for general-purpose use.
