Product Overview
The AOZ5636QI is a high-efficiency, high-performance DrMOS power module designed for synchronous buck converter applications. It integrates two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver for optimized performance. The module features a high-side MOSFET optimized for fast switching at low duty cycles and a low-side MOSFET with ultra-low ON resistance for minimal conduction loss. It supports 3V and 5V PWM/Tri-State logic inputs and includes features like Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection and a SMOD# control for Diode Emulation/CCM operation. The optimized pin-out minimizes parasitic effects. Applications include memory and graphic cards, VRMs for motherboards, and point-of-load DC/DC converters.
