SDM05M50DAE/DAS Intelligent Power Module (IPM)

The SDM05M50DAE/DAS is a highly integrated and reliable three-phase brushless DC motor drive circuit, primarily used for low-power motor drive applications such as fans. It features 6 fast recovery power MOSFETs and 3 half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits. Integrated undervoltage protection provides excellent protection and failsafe operation. Independent negative DC terminals for each phase allow for separate current detection. Designed for high insulation, easy heat dissipation, and low electromagnetic interference, it offers a compact package ideal for built-in motor applications and space-constrained installations.
