Introduction Of CD Welding Pins:

The CD welding pins is a Low Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum weld pin that is ideal to apply with pin welding or stud welding equipment. Manufactured with a standard capacitor discharge weld tip and flange, the CD welding pins is popularly used as an insulation fastener, in combination with self locking washers (or “speed clips”) to secure insulating material.

Materal: mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum

Plating: mild steel pins are copper plated

Washers: various types of steel, stainless steel and aluminum self locking washers

Standard nail point is used for most applications, nut also available
