A Crimped Wire Mesh or Crimped Woven Wire Mesh is a woven Mesh and not welded. Crimped Wire Meshes have square or rectangular openings/spacing and the wire thickness/diameter depends upon the dimension of the mesh spacing or toughness required by the customer. They are usually manufactured with:

1.Material:
1) Stainless steel wire(201,202,302,304,304L,310,316,316L)
2) High carbon steel wire,low carbon steel,medium carbon steel,Mn steel wire.
3) Galvanized iron wire,galvanized steel wire,non-ferrous metal wire. Other materials are available on request.

Crimped Wire Mesh for Mining
Material: Stainless steel wire, high carbon steel wire, low carbon steel wire, galvanized iron wire, galvanized steel wire, non-ferrous metal wire.
Stainless steel wire types: 302 304 304L 310 316 316L
Features: High temperature resisting, acid resisting, alkali resisting, corrosion resisting.
Processing method: Locked weave, Bi-directional plain weave, single wave weave, two-way wave weaving, rectangular opening weaving.
Uses: Crimped mesh is widely used in mining, petroleum, chemical, construction, mechanical accessories, protective netting, packaging netting, barbecue netting, vibration screen, cooking utensils, can also be used for classification of solid materials screening, liquid and slurry filtration, aquaculture, civil and so on.

These two variants are commonly manufactured by us with either Stainless Steel wires or Galvanised Iron wires.
