The BC1 series of rotor-arm sliding wire porcelain disk variants are designed for voltage and current adjustment in industrial electrical equipment up to 500 volts. The resistor uses a round ceramic skeleton with constantan or nichrome wire as resistance material, coated with high-temperature enamel except for the sliding contact surface. Features a protective metal case with handwheel operation.
Applications
Suitable for telecommunications, railway transportation, electrical equipment, medical devices, industrial equipment, and low-frequency AC/DC electrical equipment requiring voltage/current regulation or adjustable load resistance.
