10A Multiple Power Frequency Induced Voltage Test Set with Factory Price For Transformer Testing
|
The SXGY Series Power Frequency Induced Voltage Test Set is designed to evaluate the insulation integrity of inductive coil products. By employing a three-core, five-limb configuration, the system's iron core operates above its saturation flux density. This design causes the fundamental frequency potentials (positive sequence vectors) in the delta-connected secondary winding to sum to zero. Consequently, a 150Hz third harmonic voltage (zero sequence), which is in phase across the open ends, is generated and extracted.
This third harmonic, being the predominant component, serves as the power source for the generator. The system then performs frequency-multiplied and voltage-multiplied tests to assess inter-turn, inter-section, and inter-layer insulation strength, thereby determining the overall withstand voltage capability of the windings.
Features:
Electric operation capability.
Over-current protection with alarm indication.
Emergency stop function.
Zero-crossing closing protection.
