General Information:

The SXGY Series Triple-Frequency Induced Overvoltage Tester represents one of the most rigorous, effective, and direct methods for evaluating the insulation strength of power equipment. Capable of detecting concentrated high-risk defects, it plays a decisive role in determining whether electrical assets can safely remain in service. As a key tool for maintaining insulation integrity and preventing insulation-related failures, this tester is essential for operational safety and reliability.

Designed in compliance with the latest national power industry standards, the device is an advanced withstand voltage test system. It performs insulation strength tests on a wide range of electrical products, components, and insulating materials at specified voltages, assessing insulation levels, identifying defects, and verifying overvoltage withstand capability.

Features:
  1. Operation source configuration monitoring function: High voltage, low voltage current, timing indication.
  2. Protection function:over-current protection, over-load protection, over-heat alarm reminder.
  3. Adopt new time relay, wider timing range.
  4. The high-voltage coil of the test transformer is a cylindrical multi-layer tower, wound with high-quality polyester enameled wire and high-voltage insulation material.
  5. Test transformers (above 5kVA) are equipped with movable iron wheels.
  6. The device has wide practicality and covers high voltage partial discharge test of power supply in 45-400HZ frequency band.
