







This sandblasting cabinet adopts the wet sandblasting process: abrasive media (such as glass beads, aluminum oxide, garnet) are fully mixed with water to form a uniform slurry. Driven by compressed air, the slurry is sprayed at high speed through a special nozzle onto the surface of the workpiece placed inside the cabinet. The water in the slurry effectively suppresses dust generation, reduces frictional heat on the workpiece surface, and lubricates the abrasive to avoid thermal deformation and surface discoloration of the workpiece. After treatment, the waste slurry is filtered and recycled through the closed-loop system, realizing environmental protection and resource saving.
Equipped with an oversized transparent viewing window, it provides an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire processing area. Operators can clearly observe the sandblasting effect in real time, adjust the spraying position and angle accurately, and ensure the consistency of workpiece processing quality. The high-strength transparent material is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, ensuring long-term use safety.

The uniform slurry spraying delivers a smooth, matte or fine-textured surface (Ra 0.8–6.3 μm controllable), which significantly improves the bonding strength of subsequent coatings, adhesives and electroplating layers, meeting the high-precision surface treatment requirements of various industries.
