Working Principle
The Bernut principle absorbs salt water and atomizes it uniformly without crystallization blockage, ensuring continuous testing. Compressed air is humidified through a bubble tower before reaching the nozzle, where it atomizes with the corrosive solution into corrosive mist. An integrated heater maintains consistent temperature within the testing chamber.
Spray Method
Utilizing the Bernut principle for salt water absorption and atomization, this system provides uniform spray distribution without crystallization concerns, enabling uninterrupted testing operations.
