Operation Instructions

  1. Install pressure gauge and seal joints with waterproof tape before operation
    2. \n
  2. Clean rubber ring and pressure plate surfaces before testing
    3. \n
  3. Set manual switch to open state and close gas side switch
    4. \n
  4. Fill valve with clean water under pressure plate
    5. \n
  5. Place test sample between upper and lower pressure plates
    6. \n
  6. Turn hand wheel to lower pressure plate until complete contact and seal
    7. \n
  7. Compress hand-held air repeatedly while observing pressure gauge readings and test surface
    8. \n
  8. Close manual switch when pressure stabilizes and observe pressure value changes
    9. \n
  9. Release gas and remove test object after completion
    10. \n
