Product Overview

Fabric Sample Cutter Circular Samples GSM Cutter is a dedicated sampling device for computing the unit weight of textile fabric, paper, cardboard, wool, cotton, chemical fiber and other materials. Features include wide sample size range, high precision, and easy operation.

Product Purpose

A circular sampler designed to cut and obtain samples from various materials including wool, cotton, fiber, knitting fabrics, and other textiles.

Operation Instructions
  1. Place the sample to be cut on the rubber matting, then position the sampler on top of the sample
  2. Remove the locking device and rotate it approximately 90º
  3. Use one hand to control the sampler while the other hand holds the handwheel
  4. Press and rotate the handwheel clockwise (rotation > 90º)
  5. Return the locking device to its original position
  6. Ensure blades are not exposed to avoid injury
Structure & Maintenance
  • Equipped with four replaceable blades (standard razor blades)
  • Blade replacement: Loosen cross screws, carefully remove pressure plate and blade, install new blades, and tighten screws
  • Ensure all four blades remain at the same level during replacement
  • Bottom features multiple snicks to prevent skidding and facilitate cutting
Safety & Maintenance Notes

Blades are extremely sharp - never place hands under the sampler during operation

Always use the sampler on the provided rubber matting. Clean after use and store in the box

Replace blades when they become blunt using the replacement procedure outlined above

Replacement blades are readily available at most retail stores
