Product Overview

The Bacteria Filtration Efficiency (BFE) Tester is developed based on international advanced design concepts and complies with YY 0469-2011, YY/T 0969-2013, and other standards. This instrument is primarily used by metrology verification departments, scientific research institutes, medical mask production units, and related testing departments to evaluate mask bacterial filtration efficiency performance. It features fast and accurate measurement capabilities and is equipped with a bioaerosol generator and two Anderson 6-level samplers, meeting the requirements of ASTM F2100, ASTM F2101, EN14683, and other standards.

The Mask BFE Tester utilizes advanced technology with industrial computer control. The user-friendly interface and operational methods simplify testing procedures, while test results are displayed directly for convenient and intuitive analysis.

Operating Principle

The system operates through an aerosol generating system, aerosol chamber, aerosol transmission device, negative pressure cabinet, and 28.3L/min sampler. The entire detector is controlled by a console utilizing a microcomputer control system that coordinates and controls the aerosol generation system, transmission system, negative pressure cabinet, and sampling system while displaying working status in real time. The complete measurement process is automatically performed.
