PLC Mask Particle Filtration Efficiency Tester (PFE) With PSL Test Aerosol
Product Overview:
The T433S mask filtration efficiency tester is designed for testing filter material efficiency in the range of 45% to 99.9%, following international standards. This compact and lightweight tester requires only suitable power and compressed air (no water, no oil) to operate, making it ideal for laboratory and factory environments.
During filter paper testing, the particle counting method measures counting efficiency using monodisperse aerosol. Pressure drop measurement is performed at specified filtration rates. The filter paper is fixed on the fixture, and test air volume corresponds to required filter speed. Aerosol generated by the aerosol generator is adjusted, electrostatically neutralized (PSL), then uniformly mixed with filtered test air before entering the test area to penetrate the filter material. Resistance measurement and flow rate adjustment are performed manually during testing.
