This tester provides 1134 grams of pressure and performs clockwise friction for 1.125 rotations followed by anticlockwise friction, while the operating handle rotates in only one direction.

Testing Purpose

Designed to evaluate the dry and wet rubbing fastness of fabrics, particularly printed fabrics, using a 16mm diameter rubbing head.
