Technical Principle
Deep-cooling treatment continues the cooling process of quenched metal materials to temperatures far below room temperature. This process transforms residual austenite into martensite, hardening and enhancing the steel to improve metal material performance. Deep cooling treatment significantly increases wear resistance, toughness, and dimensional stability of metal tools, extending workpiece service life exponentially.
