The power line bending tester is designed for testing the bending durability of power leads on small household appliances and lamps (such as electric irons, coffee pots). This equipment complies with GB4706:25.14, IEC60335-1:25.14, UL, VDE and other standard requirements.
The tester can preset test cycles (up to 999,999 times), operate automatically, count test cycles, and automatically shut down when the preset number is reached.
The soft cable is fixed to the bending machine's tilting mechanism. When the mechanism reaches the halfway point, the specimen axis aligns vertically and horizontally with the swing axis. A weight load is added to the test specimen end, and the tilting mechanism swings at a 90° angle (45° from vertical line) on each side. The bending cycle is 10,000 times at a rate of 60 times per minute, testing the firmness of power plug terminals.
