Automatic Calculate XHUS400 Unidirectional Scraping Tester with LCD Screen

Product overview:

• Implementation standard: IEC60851-3

• It is applied to test scrape resistance of round enameled wire with diameter wider than 0.250mm.

• 32 bit RAM control system

• It calculates and displays scraping-force and average scraping-force automatically.

• Sample’s supporting table-board can ascend and descend parallel so that the whole table-board can contact closely with the sample.

• It adopts fine ball screw to drive the scraper ,which will not shiver when move..

• It adopts stainless precision drill chuck for wire..

• The LCD screen can indicate the testing steps and display the testing result.

• All the testing data and the sample characteristics value can be transfer to computer automatically, the MPS6 enameled wire quality data managerment system can save and analysis these data.
