Test Chamber Features
- Constructed from stainless steel with excellent appearance and rust corrosion resistance
- Ventilation and smoke-releasing system located on top of chamber for exhaust gas removal (environmental processing systems not included)
- Steel glass door on front for observation during testing

Control System
Two control options available:
- Intelligent touch screen + PLC control for testing time, frequency, and extended time settings with high intelligence, menu-type operation, and accurate results
- Time relay control model using traditional relay for testing time (0~999.9S), stop burning time (0~99.9s), burning frequency (1~9999), and extended time (0~999.9S)
Extended Control System
High accuracy extended burning control system (photographic control system) automatically records stopping burning time, eliminating manual recording to reduce testing tolerances.
Temperature Testing System
- Thermal sensor (copper pipe and thermocouple) - Metallic copper pipe construction with high conductivity
- K-type thermocouple with 0.5mm diameter stainless steel pipe coating
- Intelligent PID temperature list matched with K-type thermocouple, indicating temperatures exceeding 1000℃
Burning Air and Air Flow Control System
- Burning air: Methane (98% purity, verified by supplier certification, thermal number 998BTU/cubic feet, 37.1 per cubic meter mega joule)
- Burning control system includes flow meter and pressure reducing valves
- Flow meter: Calibrated by D3195 criterion with minimum 2% accuracy, flow scale 1000ml/min
- Burning pressure reducing valves: 1 EA, air flow adjustable to 10 pound/cube inch
