Description

The mine cable transition resistance tester is developed in accordance with the technical requirements of the national standard GB12972 and meets the test requirements of MT818.1-2009. It is a dedicated instrument for detecting the transition resistance in mine cables. It mainly includes two parts: the electrical test section and the mechanical transmission mechanism. Parameters of the mine cable transition resistance tester:
Measurement range: 12-10KQ
2. Range: 2KQ to 10KQ, two Settings
3. Voltage range: 2V - 20V - 200V
4. Test current: Adjustable from 0 to 50mA
5. Measurement accuracy: ± 0.5% of the reading ±2 digits
6. Display: 3 1/2-digit LED digital display with units ranging from 0 to 1999. Decimal points and overload are automatically displayed
7. Automatically identify the phase of the measured cable and display it with A, B, and C light-emitting diodes
8. Test stand
(1) Sample length L ≤ 500mm. (2) Sample outer diameter Φ20-Φ100mm. (3) Probe diameter ≤ Φ1.5mm
(4) Manually operate the electric sampling to determine whether the position of the sampling core wire is correct and to which it belongs to the phase line
9. Power Supply: 220V±10%, 50HZ or 60HZ, power <70W
