The equipment configuration varies greatly depending on the water source and target water quality
Bitter and salty water desalination system: treating groundwater or surface brackish water, using conventional or ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis membranes for boiler feedwater, process pure water, etc.
Seawater desalination system: using high-pressure seawater desalination membranes with high operating pressure, used for industrial or drinking water preparation in coastal areas.
Wastewater reuse and zero discharge system: The core of treating industrial wastewater is anti pollution film or anti oxidation film. Often used as a key concentration step in zero emission processes.
Ultra pure water preparation system: often adopts a combined process of two-stage RO+EDI. The first stage RO produced water is further purified by the second stage RO, and the second stage produced water is further purified by EDI to remove residual ions, ultimately producing ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18.2 M Ω· cm or more, which is a standard configuration in the semiconductor, photovoltaic, and pharmaceutical industries.
