15KW CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine 20m/min 16 Steps

CZ purlin machine feeding guide and leveling device
The In-feed Section of the machine allows for variations in sheet width.

Making sure the material is flat enough to be formed (or punched).

CZ purlin machine rollers:One-button control to swap from C to Z, Z to C.

Rollers manufactured from high quality bearing steel GCr15/mold steel Cr12(=D3 steel), CNC lathes, Heat Treatment.
with black treatment or Hard-Chrome Coating for options.
With feeding material guide, body framemade from 450# H type steel by welding
High Precision Servo Motor is adopted to ensure the punching accuracy.
