1.product introduction :

Waste carbonization pyrolysis furnace: a kind of equipment that can reduce and harmless treat medical waste .

During the operation of the equipment,the waste of organic waste isremoved by the heat energy generated by the magnetic

core assembly,and then pyrolysis and carbonization is carried out,resulting in only a small amount of ash powder.

The core technology is to make the oxygen atoms into the furnace more active and more closely combined with the carbon

atoms through the soecial arrangement of magnetic core components,so as to speed up thecarbonization speed of waste,

improve the carbonization temperature,and realize the waste reduction treatment by using the self calorific value of waste .

2. product characteristic:

1.Nocoal,nooil and no auxiliay fuel are used in the waste treatment process,and the operation cost is low.
2.The treatment range is wide ,and the garbage can be directly feed into the furnace without sorting .
3.Small amount of flue gas,less harmful components,simple treatment process and low treatment cost.
4.The effect of waste reduction is obvious.The ash powder produced after carbonization and pyrolysis can be used as raw mateerials for cement plant,birckmaking,subgrade soil,covering soil,etc.
