Suoma focuses on RFID embedded modules. Our standard module includes 125kHz low frequency series, 13.56MHz high frequency series and 860-960mhz UHF series.

From the physical structure of hardware to firmware code, we can completely customize according to customer requirements, so as to ensure that under the premise of 100% meeting the requirements of customers, we can choose the most suitable and economical solution for customers.

In recent years, with the demand of the market, the traditional RFID module is integrated with more wirless transmission module like QR code module, WiFi module, Bluetooth module tthat can be used in a wider range of fields.

In terms of sales, the sales staff of the company are all employed after technical training, and part of the sales are from the technical department who can answer most of the customers' pre-sales technical consultation. For deeper technology docking, especially for OEM/ODM projects, customers can directly talk with the technical engineers of R&D, so as to make communication more express and efficient, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

In terms of after-sales, Suoma has the professional after-sales team who is responsible for the follow-up the installing and use of the product, we can also assist in the installation and debugging on site if needed, to make sure that the customer has no worries.

In terms of quality assurance, Suoma provides one-year warranty for free and lifelong paid warranty for all products.
