The Keysight Agilent N4001A is a Smart Noise Source (SNS) from the SNS Series, covering 10 MHz to 18 GHz with a nominal ENR of 15 dB. Designed for use with Keysight NFA Series noise figure analyzers and PSA/ESA/MXA/PXA spectrum analyzers with noise figure measurement capability, this SNS noise source provides electronic storage of ENR calibration data, eliminating the need for manual ENR table entry and reducing setup errors. This unit is pre-owned, fully tested, and can be ISO 17025 calibrated with a data certificate upon request.
