PTFE Characteristics and Advantages
- Chemical Resistance: Highly resistant to chemical reagents including concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and aqua regia
- Temperature Resistance: Working temperature range: -196°C to 260°C, maintains mechanical properties at high temperatures
- Low Friction & Non-stick: Extremely low friction coefficient (static 0.065, dynamic 0.1) with minimal surface tension
- Electrical Insulation: Low dielectric loss at high frequencies, insulation strength up to 30KV/mm
- Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength 27.6MPa, elongation 300%, flexural modulus 496MPa
