Formula Features: Formulated from a special mixture of fluoropolymers and other high-performance resins. Can be layered during curing process, concentrating fluoropolymer on the surface to maintain hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low friction and non-stick properties.

Application Areas: Suitable for smooth and clean metal surfaces, food processing equipment, fasteners, and parts in automotive and aerospace markets.

Additional Teflon single-layer coatings (Teflon® S products) are also available. These are single-layer and self-priming with lower curing temperatures, though some properties like high temperature resistance and demolding may be compromised compared to pure fluoropolymers.
