P-5900 is a single component eye filling product that is fast drying, easy to polish, and easy to apply. It is suitable for filling small pinholes, sandpaper marks, and other minor defects before spraying topcoat. This product is mainly used for sealing substrates, enhancing adhesion between coatings, significantly improving the appearance and overall performance of paint films, and is widely used for surface repair of automotive bodies, industrial components, and other materials.

Scope of application

Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Ensure that the substrate is clean, dry, oil-free, and dust-free. The intermediate or old paint surface needs to be pre polished
Mixing ratio: Ready to use upon opening, no need to add dilution
Construction method: Use a scraper or flexible scraper to thin scrape 1-2 layers, avoiding one-time thick scraping or large-area scraping
Film thickness control: The dry film thickness should not exceed 0.1mm
Drying and Grinding: After standing at 20 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, wet grinding (600 # -800 #) can be carried out. After drying, intermediate or topcoat can be sprayed

Supporting Suggestions
Cleaning tool: Use the matching diluent or solvent to clean the scraper
Mid coat and topcoat: suitable for one/two-component mid coat and one/two-component topcoat systems
