Application:

This Plastic Pelletizer has good stability, high efficiency and applicability.It is specially used for recycling and granulation of leftovers and waste materials of PE,PO,PVC,EVA,non-woven fabric and other plastics.

Structure:

The components of the Plastic Pelletizer are: electrical parts,transmission parts,feeding parts,extrusion parts,pelleting parts and recycling parts.

Features:

1.The Plastic Pelletizer does not need preheating during operation. It can be used immediately after startup.The operation is simple,it only needs to lead the raw material into the feed inlet.

2,The Plastic Pelletizer is space saving and low energy consumption.It soften the materials by simply rotating a single screw, extruding the die head,and cut out the same particles as the raw material.

3.The Plastic Pelletizer does not heat, neither change the molecular structure of the material during production.The usage rate is very high,and the output can reach to 60-120Kg/h.

4.The Plastic Pelletizer is smoke free and dust-free, with extremely low noise and environmental protection.
